Veri Poems needed a calm digital space where Veripuami Nandee Kangumine could present her poetry and literary work without distracting from the writing itself. The challenge was to create a site that felt restrained and intentional while still giving visitors clear ways to explore poems, publications, biography, and appearances. This project focused on designing and building a reading-centered website that respects typography, spacing, and pacing. The goal was to create a professional literary presence that supports both discovery and careful reading.

Veri Poems is the personal literary website of Namibian poet Veripuami Nandee Kangumine, also known as Veri. The website was created to give her poetry, publications, and literary recognition a dedicated online home that feels quiet, deliberate, and easy to navigate. The design needed to support the reading experience first while still organizing key information about her work, biography, and appearances in a structured way.

• Many writer portfolios present information clearly enough, but they do not create a strong reading experience for poetry.
