Responsibilities

  • ▹Lead technical architecture and development of proprietary products.
  • ▹Code (heavily) - this is an execution role, not just management.
  • ▹Shape the product roadmap and technical strategy.
  • ▹Mentor junior developers and collaborators.

Requirements

  • ▹Deep technical expertise (Full Stack: React, Node, SQL/NoSQL, etc.).
  • ▹Proven ability to ship products from 0 to 1.
  • ▹Startup mindset: Resilience, adaptability, and high risk tolerance.
  • ▹ Passion for the African tech ecosystem.
